Bishop’s Waltham & District Division 1 champions Priory B made it to the end of the season without suffering defeat.
The victorious side won 17 matches throughout the summer and drew one. The venue’s A side finished at the other end of the table and will be relegated along with Barleycorn A – their places taken by Division 2 champions Bold Forester and Sams.
Wheatsheaf drop into next summer’s third division along with Acorn B with Park Gate BL A and Chase going in the other direction.
Priory B’s Luke Getty and Charlie Ayres both checked out on 115 on the final evening of competition and teammate Darren Sylvester went two better with a 117.
Steve Perren hit a 120 game shot for Hedge End Club and fellow player Loz Dowding went out with a 106 shot.
Barleycorn’s Alan Levalee signed off with a 116 finish and Ben Paddington a 112. There was also a 104 game shot for Horse & Jockey player Dave White in Division 3.
Totton & District League: Salmon Leap A have taken up their familiar leading role – their latest victims were Vikings, beaten 6-1.
Peg & Parrot have also won four from four after defeating Salmon Leap B 4-3.
Best finish of the week was a 148 from Leap A’s Nillson Pritchard, followed by a 117 from Vikings’ John Urquhart and a 114 by Dave Tillyer of The Keys.
Romsey Men’s League: Four sides are jockeying for top spot with two wins from two as the winter league gets under way.
Chris Head hit a 15-dart leg for Comrades B in their 8-1 win over Romsey Town FC and Mike West hit a 117 game shot for Hunters B.
Comrades Ben Jacobs missed out on a maximum but went close several times – hitting four 140s.
Itchen & District League: Spike’s Lee Evans had the last laugh when he checked out on 120. His shot, in the doubles with partner Paul Cook came when they were leg-a-leg with the match score at fours sets each.
Spike’s Cliff Mould also hit a 17-dart leg during the evening.
Peartree got off the mark in style with a solid 8-1 victory over new side Hare & Hounds. Elsewhere West End Brewery beat The Grove 6-3 and Bitterne RBL beat Roll Call 5-4 to lead the table on alphabetical order ahead of Spike.
There was a 128 out shot from Alan Butler and 16-dart leg from Ian Goodyer.
Freemantle, Shirley & District: Park B underlined their dominance of Division 3 when the champions defeated Pig & Whistle 8-1 in an outstanding league game.
Terry Greenough of Park B hit a 126 game shot during the match.
Dorchester B won the Knock-out Cup with a 6-0 win over King Geroge and Ice House secured the Plate competition with a 5-4 victory against Saints A.
Hythe & District Men’s League: There were plenty of ton-plus finishes on the opening night of the winter league.
Andy Paxton led the way for Fawley RBL B with a 148.
Next came Chris Duncan’s 119 for Fawley RBL C, a 118 from Hythe Club C player Conner Bevis, a 115 by Gary Griffiths of Fawley RBL B, Joe Graham hit a 108 for Fawley RBL B, Darren Wheeler was one behind with a 107 for Hythe C, Shaun Jess checked out on 102 for Lord Nelson A, Pete Phillips made a 101 game shot for Fawley RBL B and there was a ton check-out for Hythe Club B’s Pete Harvey.
