Saints broke their record books when they thrashed Sunderland 8-0 at St Mary’s this afternoon.

Saints make it 2-0 after 17 minutes when Premier League Player of the Month Graziano Pelle tapped home right-footed from Steven Davis assist

On 36 minutes midfielder Jack Cork shoots home following a Dusan Tadic cross
Goal 4
Another own goal after 62 minutes as Black Cats defender Liam Bridcutt bundles the ball into his own goal after a Pelle shot
Goal 5
Pellè nets his second on 68 minutes into the bottom left corner after another assisted by Tadic
Goal 6
Midfielder Tadic gets one himself on 77 minutes with a left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner.
Goal 7
Substitute Victor Wanyama gets in on the goal action after 78 minutes with a right footed shot from the centre of the box after yet another Tadic assist.
Goal 8
The goals keep coming when after 85 minutes sub Sadio Mané gets his first league goal with right footed shot
