David Puckett celebrates his 54th birthday today.
He made his full debut for Saints in January 1982 against Arsenal after a handful of substitute appearances and went on to make 59 appearances for the club (52 of which were off the bench).
He moved to Bournemouth in July 1986 and helped Harry Redknapp’s Cherries to the Third Division title in his first season at Dean Court.
Last season Puckett became the oldest scorer in the Wessex League ever when he netted for Totton & Eling.
Frazer Richardson celebrates his 32nd birthday today.
He joined Saints in the summer of 2010 and made 57 appearances in the rise from League One to the Premier League.
After being released after the 2012/13 season, he joined Middlesbrough and is now playing in the Championship for Rotherham United.
Fabrice Fernandes celebrates his 35th birthday today.
Signed in 2001, he made 106 appearances for Saints, scoring six goals, before moving onto Bolton Wanderers after the club were relegated in 2005.
