Kenya's James Rungaru and Ethiopia’s Belaynesh Oljira captured their respective Great South Run titles in Southsea today.
Rungaru won the elite men’s race (ten miles) in 46 minutes and 31 second’s while Oljira (below) won the ladies’ equivalent in 52:40.
Thousands of runners from all over the south and beyond took part in the race which was celebrating its 25th anniversary.
