James Ward-Prowse
SAINTS midfielder James Ward-Prowse is working hard to battle back to full fitness - in a rather unusual manner.
The England U21 international posted a video on his Vine account of him swimming in a pool whilst tied to a wall.
He said: "So annoying swimming when you are tied to a wall, but got to keep fit until I'm back on my feet!"
The 19-year-old suffered a fractured foot in Saints' 1-0 win at Swansea in September and is expected to be out until around Christmas time.
