Saints will assess Steven Davis’ injury tomorrow but are optimistic he will only be sidelined for a week or two.
The midfielder went down just before half time after a challenge with Jeffrey Schlupp and was forced to hobble off.
Davis is likely to miss out for Northern Ireland in the international break but Saints boss Ronald Koeman is hopeful it’s not too serious.
He said: “He had a little feeling in his hamstring and I hope it will not be really an injury, one or two weeks, but tomorrow we can make the scan and say something more about that.”
