Also exiting are loanees Sam Matthews, Ben Close, Hakeem Odoffin, Josh Barnes and Nick Hall, who have returned to their parent clubs.
New contracts have been offered to experienced strike duo James Constable and Craig McAllister along with left-back and fans' favourite Michael Green.
They will join another 12 players already under contract - Graham Stack, Mark Childs, Adam Dugdale, Chinua Cole, Ross Stearn, Sam Togwell, Gavin Hoyte, Ryan Cresswell, Reda Johnson, Jason Taylor, Ayo Obileye and Tom Bearwish.
Ben Strevens and Paul Reid have also been retained for next season in coaching and scouting roles respectively.
