Saints have tied up a deal to bring Liverpool midfielder Adam Hammill to the club next season.
The exciting 19-year-old, who can play on either wing, joins on loan for the next campaign.
Hammill is a highly rated prospect who has gone through the ranks at Anfield and spent most of last season on loan at Dunfermline where he won rave reviews and helped them to the Scottish Cup final where they lost out 1-0 to Celtic.
Saints fans may also have seen Hammill before as he played a starring role for the Liverpool side that knocked Saints out of the FA Youth Cup at the semi-final stage in 2006, a competition the Reds went on to win.
