DAVID McGoldrick scored twice as a youthful-looking Saints XI won 4-1 at Conference Premier newcomers Salisbury City last night.
The 19-year-old, who had appeared as a second half sub for George Burley's side at Millwall the previous evening, grabbed the only first half goal.
French striker Cedric Baseya doubled the visitors' lead at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium in the 64th minute.
Salisbury sub Marvin Brown reduced the arrears.
But McGoldrick and Lloyd James - another youngster who had played at The New Den on Tuesday - completed the scoring.
