MARIO Licka has his sights set on two promotions this season - one for Saints and one for himself.
The 25-year-old Czech midfielder spent much of last season, his first at St Mary's following his move from FC Slovacko, in Saints' reserves.

Licka's pre-season form has been a real plus point for Saints.
He has put in a string of encouraging performances in the heart of midfield and scored three times - including the midweek winner at Millwall.
And now he feels better adapted to life at Saints and in England, Licka is ready to stake his claim for a first team place, while helping the club secure a Premiership return.
