GEORGE Burley was furious with referee Clive Oliver after his side crashed to a third defeat of the season at Norwich.
The official didn't award Saints a goal when an Andrew Surman shot, spilled by the keeper, appeared to cross the line and Burley was also angry over the free kick that led to Jamie Cureton slamming home the opener.
He said: "It was strange and I can't believe we've lost it.
"From the start the referee was looking to give them a crucial decision.
"First half we really should have been four or five goals up and weren't.
"Their goalkeeper dropped one over the line and we still didn't get the decision, the referee gave a back pass when it came off Chris Makin and pushed the wall back 12 yards.
"I'm very disappointed but very pleased with the way we played.
"We completely dominated for an hour and I thought the referee had a shocking game and was always looking to give the home side something."
