George Burley believes Saints fans are just beginning to see the best of Nathan Dyer.
The 19-year-old winger has put in arguably his best two performances in a Saints shirt in the last two games and is catching the eye.
Dyer has always had pace to burn and the raw attributes to be a top player but his final ball has at times let him down.
However, as he gets more experience he is improving and Burley has been pleased with his form.
He said: "There's no doubt he's got a lot of ability and he's young and he's maturing and we're beginning to see the best of him in the last three or four games.
"He's so quick and elusive and he's very hard for defences to pin down.
"He's worked very hard in training and it's just been that final ball that he's been working hard on.
"Nathan will get better and there's no doubt he's got a lot of ability in his locker which is great to have and it's just getting those final touches."
