RALPH Hasenhuttl’s claimed he won’t ever forget beating Arsenal back in December 2018.
It was the Austrian’s first victory in charge of the St Mary’s side, with the win coming in dramatic fashion thanks to a late header from Charlie Austin.
“It feels like it is 10 years ago!” Hasenhuttl joked, when asked about his memories of the match.
“It's long gone and there's nothing older than the success you had yesterday in football, so you don't look back too much to such moments.
“Sure, you will never forget this - it was a special moment.
“The first time in the stadium and immediately take a 3-2 win. It was a fantastic game. What stays the same it is that it is always difficult against such a good opponent to win.
“You have to have make a very good game, and this is all I'm using my energy to concentrate on this.
“For us after the first good step back in business it's important to show again at home that we are very hungry and stay on a very successful way of playing.”
