BOSS Ralph Hasenhuttl said injured Saints trio Mohammed Salisu, Jannik Vestergaard and Nathan Tella are still “moving along” in their respective recoveries.
Defender Vestergaard had been in stellar form this season before being struck down with a knee injury in December.
Youngster Tella had made a handful of first-team appearances before being halted by a muscle problem.
Summer signing Salisu is yet to feature for Saints after suffering a setback last month, he too picking up a muscle injury.
Asked how the injured trio were progressing, Hasenhuttl said: “They're still moving along.
“They're not back in training sessions with the team yet, that should only take a few more days.
“I hope not too long. There is, hopefully, light at the end of the tunnel."
Saints midfielder Will Smallbone has also undergone successful surgery on a serious knee injury picked up at Leicester earlier this month. He is expected to be out for around six months.
