TOTTENHAM reportedly want to bring in Saints striker Danny Ings this summer, so they can partner him alongside Harry Kane.
Speculation has been rife about the Saints forward, with an array of reports claiming he has turned down a lucrative new contract at St Mary’s.
Ings has just one year left on his current Saints deal, with the Telegraph now claiming Spurs are ready to make a £20million move.
The Athletic this month claimed Ings’s new contract “remains on the table and barring an approach that is too good to refuse, Southampton are content to let Ings see out his deal”.
Ings, who has also been linked with Manchester City, has played 100 times for Saints, having initially signed on loan from Liverpool in 2018 and then made the move permanent.
