EASTLEIGH have extended their partnership with Utilita in a huge new five-year deal, taking the link up to the conclusion of the 2025-26 season.
The Chandler’s Ford-based energy company are the lead sponsors of the Spitfires shirt as well as official partners, having began the partnership in 2016.
Eastleigh was the first club Utilita had ever partnered with and has since established itself as a widely recognisable brand within British football, having supplied power to a number of iconic stadiums while partnering with over 25 clubs.
As well as the club kit, the Utilita branding will also feature on training and casual wear as well as remaining on the home and away dugouts, scoreboard, and advertising hoardings.
On the announcement, club chairman Kenny Amor said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Utilita. They have had a huge impact on the club and remained supportive, especially during a very difficult past 18 months.
“Utilita is a company with very similar principles to us, as they are focussed on doing the right thing by the local community and making football accessible for everyone.
“We are delighted to support Utilita’s initiatives, such as Football Rebooted, which aims to rehome at least one million pairs of quality football boots across the UK, to stop them ending up in landfill.
“We have a great working relationship with the team at Utilita and enjoy being their local football club and appreciate the support. This new long-term partnership helps with the stability of the club and allows us to focus on the future of the club.”
Eastleigh, managed by Ben Strevens, are currently undergoing a pre-season schedule in preparation for the upcoming National League season.
In fixtures that have seen rotated lineups and opportunities afforded to young players, the Spitfires were defeated 3-2 by Met Police last weekend and drew 1-1 with Dorset side Wimborne yesterday evening.
The league season commences for Strevens’ side on Saturday 28th August, with a home tie against Wrexham.
