DANNY Ings has completed a stunning move from Saints to Aston Villa.
The Daily Echo understands Saints accepted a £30million bid for the striker, who has joined Dean Smith's side on a three-year deal.
Ings's future has regularly been questioned in recent months, as the England man enters the final year of his contract.

And Saints have now decided to accept a bid from Villa, who themselves look set to receive a big cash injection with Jack Grealish reportedly on the brink of a £100million switch to Manchester City.
Saints last month rejected a bid from Villa for captain James Ward-Prowse.
But Ings has complete the shock move from St Mary's to Villa Park tonight, with the move officially announced by the Midlands outfit just ahead of Saints' pre-season friendly against Levante.
Ings played 100 times for Saints, having initially signed on loan from Liverpool in 2018 and then made the move permanent.
In that time he scored 46 goals.
