SOUTHAMPTON fans are experiencing queues getting into the stadium this afternoon due to a “technical issue”.
The club said the issue involves the turnstiles and that it is aiming to resolve it “as soon as possible”.
Long queues have been reported as fans try to get into the stadium for the clash with Manchester United.
Kick-off was at 2pm.

The club is dealing with a technical issue with its turnstiles and is aiming to resolve this as soon as possible.
In a statement posted on Twitter this afternoon, the club said: “We would like to apologise to fans attempting to gain entry to the stadium, and thank them for their patience.
“The club is dealing with a technical issue with its turnstiles and is aiming to resolve this as soon as possible.”
Fans have taken to social media to voice their frustration.
One said: "It's basics. Embarrassing. Is it turnstiles or your inability to send some post out first class?"
While another posted: "Shambles, no season tickets and now this. Embarrassment."
Despite paying months ago, many said they had not received their pass in the post.
