SPORT Republic and Saints owner Dragan Solak made a donation of more than £10,000 as the Saints Foundation raised a record-breaking £122,000 at their charity dinner on Thursday.
The grand total also included a donation of more than £7,500 from Saints, as first-team stars including manager Ralph Hasenhuttl, captain James Ward-Prowse, Oriol Romeu and Jack Stephens were in attendance.
Hosted at St Mary’s, the charity dinner was a celebration of 20 years of their vital work and more than 400 people attended. Solak, who is the lead investor of owners Sport Republic, was pictured at the event.
The club website reads: “In the 2021/22 season, we are celebrating this huge milestone by looking back at two incredible decades of life-changing work – and looking forward to the future, to make sure we can continue to transform lives for the next 20 years and beyond.
