INJURED Tino Livramento is back at Staplewood training complex for his anterior cruciate ligament recovery.
The 19-year-old defender was filmed performing a seated boxing exercise by teammate Nathan Tella, and seen smiling from ear to ear at the end of the video.
Good to see @tino_livramento at Staplewood doing his recovery training.

Happy to see the surgery went successful. Can’t wait to see him back on the pitch. #SaintsFC pic.twitter.com/BZsYxrfqkf
Promising star Livramento made 28 Premier League appearances in his debut senior season before suffering the knee concern at Brighton in April.
Going down with no contact, it was apparent immediately at Amex Stadium that the youngster was in serious pain – requiring oxygen and a stretcher to leave the field.
Saints confirmed that his surgery went well but he is still expected to be sidelined until 2023, as he recovers.
The former Chelsea man is now back in Saints gear and building up his fitness with early exercises, giving himself the best chance of a successful return.
