England Legends manager Peter Reid has announced his 36-man provisional squad of players that will take on Scotland in The Alan Ball Memorial Cup at St Mary's on May 15.
The international football match, which kicks off at 7.45pm and is being played live on ITV4, is part of three-match summer festival of football, which will also see the England Legends take on Ireland on Thursday, July 3, and Germany on Thursday, August 7.
The England Legends provisional list, which includes seven former first team Saints and all players currently under consideration by Reid for the match against Scotland, will be whittled down to a final 18-man squad in the build-up to the live international football match.
Upon announcing his provisional England Legends list, Reid said: "Over the course of the next week to ten days, I will be assessing the fitness of the England Legends and making some harsh decisions on who is in and who is out.
"There are going to be some disappointed players, but if you can't make those tough calls, there is no point in being a football manager. I will be looking to get my final squad in place as soon as possible."
