SAINTS academy director Matt Hale is set to leave the club at the end of the season, amid an exodus of senior staff at Staplewood Campus.
Hale is set to follow Dan Rice (head of youth recruitment), Matt Crocker (director of football), Joe Shields (head of recruitment) and Toby Steele (managing director) out the door.
As reported by The Athletic, Hale’s upcoming exit has already been confirmed to staff, while others such as Shields left long ago and Steele is serving a notice period.
Assistant academy director Edd Vahid already left the club at the start of the season to join the Premier League.

Saints B are set to compete in the Premier League 2 playoffs next month – providing Leeds United gain a point in their final match of the league season this week.
The under-18s, meanwhile, reached the FA Youth Cup semi-final for the first time since 2006, before a heavy defeat at West Ham United.
Incoming director of football Jason Wilcox will lead the search for a new of head of recruitment, while a new academy director will also likely report into him.
Sport Republic acquired the club over one year ago and have overseen massive change at the boardroom level, with Henrik Kraft also being installed as club chairman.
