ALTHOUGH only three players are out of contract at Saints this summer, it is a good time to keep track of the latest deal expiries.
As a result of their youthful transfer policy, Saints have most of their squad tied up to long-term contracts.
The length of their contract does not necessarily dictate that a player will stay at the club through any given transfer window.
However, it puts the power in the club’s hands to either choose to keep them or negotiate a higher fee for their signature.
