SEVEN Saints players have been called up to England's youth teams ahead of the September international break.
New loan signing Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Sam Edozie have both received a call-up to the England Under-21 side, who are the current European Champions.
Saints under-21 stars Kami Doyle and Dom Ballard have been selected for the England u-19 side ahead of their trip to Spain to play two fixtures against Germany and Switzerland
Sam Amo-Ameyaw, Tyler Diblign and Jayden Meghoma make up the trio of Southampton players selected by the under-18 squad.
Ryan Garry's side will play three fixtures against France, Japan and Portugal.
Speaking to the Daily Echo earlier this month, Ballard, who has scored six goals in three Premier League 2 games this season, revealed he is targeting the under-19 European Championships later this year.
He said: “We’ve got Northern Ireland for the Euros and I’ve spoken to the England boss and it’s definitely something I want to push towards.
“Playing for your country is an honour but I’m taking everything as it comes. Scoring goals and the biggest thing is playing first team – that’s how you get noticed.
“If I can keep getting on the bench, maybe getting some minutes and scoring some goals, that’s how I’ll get noticed.”
