SAINTS winger Moussa Djenepo has his medical set for a permanent exit and return to Belgian Pro League Standard Liege, the Daily Echo understands.
The 25 year old signed for Saints from Standard in 2019, scoring five goals in 91 appearances on the south coast.
Djenepo is yet to feature under new manager Russell Martin in the Championship this season, despite being given a new contract less than a year ago.
The club are set to receive around 3.5million Euros back for Djenepo, who has also filled in at wing-back during his time under old boss Ralph Hasenhuttl.
As first reported in Belgium, Malian international Djenepo is set for his medical later this week ahead of returning to his former side.
It is reported that he will sign a three-year deal at Standard, with his current deal at Saints penned until 2025.
