SAINTS have been fined £8,000 following their EFL Championship match against Stoke City on Tuesday, October 3.
Both sides were charged earlier this month for breaches of FA Rule E20.1 during the game, which Southampton won 1-0.
It was alleged that Stoke City, who have also been fined £12,000, failed to ensure their players behaved properly in the 87th minute.

They were also alleged to have 'failed to ensure their players and or technical area occupants did not behave in an improper and/or violent and/or provocative way after the final whistle.'
Southampton were also hit by the same charge as both teams clashed following the final whistle in a feisty affair at the Bet365 Stadium.
Both clubs admitted the charges against them, and their sanctions were imposed by an independent regulatory commission after a hearing.
