SOUTHAMPTON's clash with Plymouth Argyle on Friday, December 29 has been chosen for live television broadcast by Sky Sports.
The Championship fixture will now kick off at 6PM, with Russell Martin's side looking to do the double over The Pilgrims after August's 2-1 win at Home Park.
Goals from Nathan Tella and Che Adams secured the three points in Devon, with Saints now preparing to host Argyle for the first time in 13 years at St Mary's.
Saints take on QPR at Loftus Road on Saturday, December 23 before welcoming Martin's former side Swansea City to St Mary's on Boxing Day (3PM).
After facing Plymouth Argyle in back-to-back home matches, Saints then travel to Norwich City on New Year's Day to conclude the festive schedule.
