SAINTS Women are set to visit Portsmouth in the FA Cup third round next month, following Monday's draw at Wembley Stadium.
The St Mary's outfit have been drawn against their local rivals having entered the third round as a Championship club.
The fixture is set to take place at Westleigh Park on Sunday, December 10. Further fixture details are to be revealed in due course. The draw was split into North and South sections.
Pompey compete in the third tier of women's football, the National League South Premier Division, from which Saints were promoted during the 2021-22 season.
Former Saints players Beth Lumsden and Georgie Freeland are likely to be involved after making the switch to the blue side of Hampshire.
Saints are buoyed by record attendance at St Mary's for a women's fixture last week when they ran Women's Super League giants Arsenal all the way.
It took the Gunners an added-time winner to beat Saints 2-1 after Molly Pike had opened the scoring in front of 13,438 supporters.
Marieanne Spacey-Cale's charges are looking to mount a promotion push into the WSL, currently sitting third in the Championship after 11 matches.
Fourth-tier side Southampton Women's, eight-time FA Cup winners, will host Watford if they beat Maidenhead United in their second-round replay.
