EVERY word Saints assistant manager Matt Gill said in his first press conference ahead of the FA Cup fourth round versus Watford.
What has changed since your win on Saturday - do you feel like anything has changed in the psychology of the promotion race?
MG: Not really. I have quite enjoyed watching the games having done what we did on Saturday.
That is all we can do, do our bit. Ipswich Town and Leicester City have been tremendous but we just need to focus on ourselves.
It sounds cliche but that is true. We need to do what we do and carry it on. We can be really pleased with what we have done but there is a long way to go.
Watching the other games, we try and get as much information as possible as we have got to play all three teams again.
We try and enjoy watching a game of football with no pressure.
How is Joe Rothwell settling in - will he need time?
MG: He has done really well and settled into the group easily. I think it is a good group to come into, it's a good bunch of lads in the dressing room.
It is slightly different if you come into a team that is struggling. First and foremost, it is going to be hard for Joe to get into the team.
He has done great and had a taste at the weekend and he is getting lots of information very quickly.
That is a process and it is an opportunity this weekend to get some more information into him and learn from the minutes he plays on the pitch.
He has settled in really well into the group and trained brilliantly in the last few days so we are looking forward to seeing him take part.
How do you strike the right balance with team selection in the FA Cup?
MG: The balance of the team is important but we certainly want to win the game, so we want to win first and foremost.
There will be some changes, of course, and some players deserve to play - but a strength of ours over the last few months has been everyone has been used.
It has been spoken about that we have scored the most goals from substitutes and things like that, so everyone needs to be ready.
They deserve an opportunity to perform on the pitch so there is a balance to be had but there is the balance of wanting to be competitive and to win.
We will need everyone between now and the end of the season anyway so we need everyone to be ready and minutes on the pitch.
We have a huge February and March coming up with lots of games so we need everyone to be able to perform how we need them to.
Does the league game against Watford have any relevance to this weekend's?
MG: A little bit. We have watched back the game and looked for stuff we didn't do well and stuff we did do well in that game.
We have looked for similarities with how they have played of late, so we have viewed this game the same as any other in the way we have analysed it.
The working week has changed slightly with the Sunday fixture but we have taken a few things we did well and a few things to improve on.
Watford will want to win the game also and I think Russell would say that we want to approach any game the same whether it's home or away or in the cup.
The message to the players is to treat it the same as a Championship game too?
MG: Yeah, that's right. We are pretty familiar on the process we take game to game.
We reviewed Saturday as normal, gave the players feedback and have finished unit meetings which help with the coming back.
The process never changes, it's a cup game and the be information we give individuals who haven't been playing might be a bit extra but we approach it in the same way.
How are the injured players - Kamaldeen Sulemana, James Bree and Sam Edozie?
MG: Kamaldeen is back on the grass and has been with the group for a couple of sessions. The social media team stuck a few videos out of him.
He is close but he will take some time to get up to full speed. We have made sure he has been non-contact for a couple of days. He is also doing some extra work to build that fitness up.
Sam Edozie is getting close, the same goes for Breezy, but they certainly won’t be ready for this weekend.
It is going to take a little bit of time, but hopefully, we will have them back soon before the games become thick and fast.
