SOUTHAMPTON'S trip to Leicester City in the Championship next month has been chosen for live television and will now take place on Friday, March 15.
Russell Martin's side were due to visit the league leaders on Saturday, March 16, but will now head to the King Power Stadium the night before.
The 8pm kick-off is to be shown live by Sky Sports in the UK, although the revised fixture date is subject to either club progressing to the FA Cup quarter-finals.
A Saints statement adds: "Ticket information for the trip to the East Midlands will follow in due course."
Saints were beaten 4-1 by Enzo Maresca's Foxes in the reverse fixture at St Mary's Stadium earlier this season.
