SAINTS face another tough Championship test this evening in the form of promotion chasers Hull City.
Liam Rosenior's Tigers sit outside the playoffs on goal difference, having played one game less than Coventry City and Norwich City above them.
Southampton will be looking to extend their home winning streak and complete the double over Hull.
Here is how we expect them to line up for this Tuesday evening clash...
Goalkeeper and defenders
Gavin Bazunu will retain his place in goal on his birthday after keeping his 10th clean sheet of the season against West Brom on Friday evening.
Kyle Walker-Peters will also continue to start - having played every minute in the Championship this season.
Martin has hailed Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Jan Bednarek on multiple occasions and should keep them as a centre-back pairing.
Captain Jack Stephens received praise from Martin and teammate Ryan Fraser after his performance on Friday and could keep his place.
Midfielders
Martin did not give a committal answer when asked on Monday about Flynn Downes' availability. If he is unable to start, Shea Charles should keep his place after an impressive showing in the Black Country.
Scotland international Stuart Armstrong played an important part in Southampton's win at the Hawthorns and will continue in the starting XI. Will Smallbone will complete the midfield.
Forwards
Ryan Fraser scored a late winner when Saints beat Hull earlier this season and will continue playing on the left after his goalscoring performance against West Brom.
Having been passed fit by Martin, Che Adams should come in for Sekou Mara, allowing Adam Armstrong to continue on the right wing.
Full predicted team lineup
Saints: Bazunu; Walker-Peters, Harwood-Bellis, Bednarek, Stephens; Charles, Smallbone, S Armstrong; A Armstrong, Fraser, Adams.
