SAINTS midfielder Joe Aribo has become a key cog in the team after a difficult first season on the south coast.
In press interviews, the 27 year old Nigerian international is quiet but considered and always happy to chat.
Aribo scored Southampton's 96th-minute winner at Birmingham City on Saturday in a 4-3 win with his third goal of the Championship season.

Questions and answers are written below. Get to know Joe Aribo...
What do you think of your goal music?
Amazing. The first time I heard it, I was like ‘Wow’. I want to score every week now so that I can hear it.

If you could pick one player you’ve played with or in your phonebook to join Saints for the rest of the season, who would it be?
That is tough, there are so many. There are so many. I don’t know.
Victor Osimhen - he just scores goals. He is a joke, he’s so, so good. I will say Victor.
What’s your favourite cereal?
I don’t eat cereal - for breakfast, I have eggs and toast. But I would say growing up it was always Frosties.
Who was your football hero as a youngster?
The reason I started playing football was Ronaldinho. He is the best.
How does the Championship compare to the Scottish Premiership?
The thing about the Championship is that you just never know what you’re going to get.
Some teams are so open to play against, you have teams that really want to play football like us.
It is kind of similar to the Scottish Prem. I wouldn’t say there is a massive difference.
What Steven Davis like to play with and share a dressing room with?
Amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about him, what a man.
Great character, a great teammate, a great leader, and a great friend - I still message him today.
He was really important for me when I signed. I don’t think you could find someone to say a bad word about him.
What is a conversation you have had in your life where someone believed in you?
When I was in non-league, Marcus Gayle was my manager at Staines Town at the time.
We played an away game and had been beaten 5-3 and funnily enough I still played well in that game.
I think he knew he was going to get sacked and he just told me to make him a promise that I would make it as a professional footballer.
I was 18 at the time and he said ‘Promise me that you’ll make it’ and from there I knew I had to keep my promise. I am thankful to God for that.
