ST MARY's Stadium will host Iftar for the first time in the club's history on Thursday, March 28.
The club's charity, Saints Foundation, and the Muslim Council of Southampton have teamed up for the event.
Iftar is the meal eaten after sunset for those who are fasting during Ramadan, which comes just after the call to the Maghrib prayer.
There will be 300 spaces available for local people to attend the milestone event, with the club planning a number of special elements to mark the occasion.
Key figures from the Muslim Council of Southampton will be present and there will be an opportunity to learn about Saints Foundation projects in the local community.
Following these talks, the call to prayer will be delivered over the St Mary's PA system, so that not only people in the stadium can hear it, but people nearby will too.
Doors will open at 5PM and a spot can be booked by visiting Southampton's official club website.
