SAINTS boss Russell Martin has not been shy in admitting how crucial winning in Cardiff is to Southampton's automatic promotion hopes.
With four games left of their Championship season and Leicester and Leeds to visit, there is still a chance of finishing inside the top two.
They visit Leicester up next but insist both eyes are firmly on the fixture in the Welsh capital, so expect a strong lineup.
But there are a couple of fitness concerns to manage. Here is how we think Martin will line up his side...
Goalkeeper
Gavin Bazunu has been ruled out for the next nine to 10 months and Alex McCarthy replaced him on Tuesday - so likely will again.
Defenders
Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Jan Bednarek could keep Jack Stephens out of the team but it would not be a big surprise to see a change.
Kyle Walker-Peters and Ryan Manning are probably Southampton's best two full-backs and may keep James Bree on the bench.
Midfielders
Flynn Downes might not be risked from the start as he nurses a knock meaning Will Smallbone could be tasked with playing deeper again.
That is so Martin can fit in Joe Aribo in another blow to Shea Charles, with Stuart Armstrong keeping his place in the 10.
Attackers
David Brooks and Adam Armstrong were a dangerous pairing midweek and seem to be developing some automatism again.
Meanwhile, Che Adams is exhibiting some of his best form in a Saints shirt and will play through the middle once more.
Full predicted team
McCarthy; Walker-Peters, Harwood-Bellis, Bednarek, Manning; Smallbone, Aribo, S Armstrong; Brooks, A Armstrong, Adams.
