HAMPSHIRE all-rounder James Fuller has signed a two-year contract extension until the end of 2026.
The 34 year old previously had stints with Gloucestershire and Middlesex, before joining Hampshire in 2019.
Since joining, Fuller has played 133 matches across all formats for the Club and has become an integral part of the squad – particularly in the four-day and T20 sides.
So far this season, he has once again impressed with both bat and ball. In the Vitality County Championship, he has 278 runs at an average of 35.87, along with ten wickets.
Fuller has been just as influential in the Vitality Blast with 116 runs and 10 wickets, coming at an average of 20.50.
"I’m really stoked to have extended my contract," said Fuller upon penning a new deal at the Utilita Bowl.
"Hampshire is a great place to play cricket and I’ve loved my time here. We compete in all three formats and that’s the sort of side I want to be a part of."
Giles White, Hampshire director of cricket said: "James has become a popular member of the Club. He has been consistent across formats and delivers with both bat and ball.
"It’s great that he will remain with us over the next few years."
