EASTLEIGH have announced the signing of Jai Semenyo following the end of his contract at Cardiff City.
Semenyo, 21, spent pre-season on trial with the Spitfires before signing a contract to remain with the Spitfires on a permanent basis.
The wide player was called up to represent Ghana at youth level whilst he was on the books at Cardiff City and is the younger brother of Cherries forward Antoine Semenyo.
Semenyo made his debut for Cardiff City back in early 2022, he was brought on as a substitute during an FA Cup clash against Liverpool at Anfield.
His home debut came at the beginning of the following season when he came off the bench during their defeat to Portsmouth in the EFL Cup.
During his time with us in pre-season, Semenyo impressed massively and chipped in with assists during our games against Wimborne and Weymouth.
He made five appearances in total for us during our pre-season campaign, starting in three of those games.
