FEYENOORD goalkeeper Justin Bijlow has incredibly revealed his Saints transfer has been cancelled following a medical in England.
Bijlow, 26, was set for a move to the Premier League permanently as Saints hunt for a solution to their goalkeeping problem.
The Netherlands international is a confident ball player and has impressed in 104 Eredivisie appearances, winning two titles.
However, injury-hampered Bijlow has taken to social media to reveal his move is off after medical examinations at Saints.
On Instagram, Bijlow posted: "Dear Feyenoorders, I was on my way to the Premier League.

"After a very special day last Sunday, for which I am very grateful, I was preparing for departure from Feyenoord.
"I didn't find that easy and it wasn't my first choice, but it had to be for the sake of my career.
"The medical examination has shown that Southampton has a different vision than Feyenoord on how to treat an old injury.
"I’m fully fit and this doesn’t bother me, but I respect the vision of Southampton medical staff. This is why I return to Rotterdam, to my club Feyenoord.
"My bond with the city and the club is iron strong. I keep fighting for a place in the goal of Feyenoord and the Dutch national team.
"Feyenoorders, thank you for the support you always give me," Bijlow concluded.
Saints have shown an interest in Arsenal's Aaron Ramsdale throughout the summer transfer window and could revisit a move for the Gunners goalkeeper.
The club had been monitoring the availability of goalkeepers within England and abroad ahead of the final week of the summer window.
A loan deal is preferred with long-term number one Gavin Bazunu set to return in 2025 - but the Bijlow saga has shown Saints to be open to a permanent move.
