MANAGER Russell Martin admitted he is not concerned about his future following Southampton's collapse defeat against Leicester.
Saints threw away a two-goal lead to lose 3-2 against Steve Cooper's Foxes at St Mary's on Saturday having looked strong for a first win of the season.
Jordan Ayew scored in the 97th minute, having been left free from a corner, something which frustrated Martin at full-time.
This is the grim bit. Immediate reaction on Sky Sports was ‘that’ll be that’ and the board obviously have a decision to make. Is it still too early in a season? Have there been enough mitigating factors in the defeats? Are the players at fault? Or have you seen enough?#SaintsFC pic.twitter.com/thGvZifBRC

Southampton had been two goals up at half-time, thanks to strikes from Cameron Archer and Joe Aribo, before Facundo Buonanotte and Jamie Vardy hit back after the break.
Southampton were reduced to 10 men when Ryan Fraser was given his marching orders for pulling Vardy back as he looked to score an open goal.
Asked if he fears for his future, Martin told the Daily Echo: "I had a brilliant chat with Dragan and the guys yesterday, so no."
Martin had a regular board meeting with Southampton's owners on Friday.
Southampton have earned just one point from their first eight games this season and face reigning champions Manchester City next.
