SAINTS are reportedly keeping close tabs on Motherwell's teenage sensation Lennon Miller amid the 18 year old's continued rise.
Scotland under-21s midfielder Miller made his cup debut for Motherwell in August 2022, when he was just 16 years and six days old.
He then made 20 Scottish Premier League appearances last season and has scored four goals and provided three assists in 17 matches this campaign.
Miller's side sit fifth in the division and Scotland boss Steve Clarke has been urged to fast-track the youngster into the senior international squad.
The Daily Record report that Saints have scouted Miller, who is the son of former Bristol City and Middlesbrough striker Lee, in recent weeks.

They add the Premier League side are set to continue that, although Motherwell believe they are in a strong position with Miller contracted to 2026.
It would take a club-record sale to tempt Motherwell into cashing in and the Scottish side received around £3million from Celtic for David Turnbull in 2020.
Saints scout collectively under owners Sport Republic, who also own Super Lig Goztepe in Turkey and third-tier Valenciennes in France.
Saints signed five players 19 years old or younger on deadline day, with one heading out on loan and the remaining four bolstering their under-21s.
They will continue to pursue the best young talents available to them and Miller, with plenty of first-team experience already, could fit the desired profile.
