SAINTS are set to host Championship outfit Swansea City in the third round of the FA Cup when the competition returns next year.
The third round ties will be played on the weekend of Saturday, January 11, 2025. Matches could also be played on Friday, Sunday or Monday.
Former Swansea manager Russell Martin will hope to steer his new charges past his old side after defeating them twice in the league last campaign.
Saints beat Swansea 5-0 at home on Boxing Day before winning 3-1 away in January on their way to the Championship play-offs.
Swansea are currently managed by Martin's former assistant, Luke Williams, and sit 13th in the second tier with 23 points from 18 matches.
As Swansea are a Championship club, they have entered the FA Cup at the third round and have not played in any of the previous rounds in the tournament.
Martin's Saints reached the fifth round of the competition last campaign before a 3-0 defeat to Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool at Anfield.
They also entered at the third round and beat League Two Walsall and Championship rivals Watford in a fourth round replay at St Mary's.
