ONE day at Bisham Abbey a psychologist selected Paul Gascoigne for a walk around the pitch together.
It was said by the time they get back the psychologist would need a psychologist!
All in all, it is still sad to see such a natural talent like this, but he was so attached and dedicated and loved the game itself so much he had nowhere to go when it came to an end.
The childlike humour and attitude to life he had is not strong enough to handle life after the game.
The interesting thing now for the rest of this season for me is if Alex can top Rafa, Scolari etc, Nigel can emulate his father and Gazza can avoid becoming the next George Best off the field.
He was nearly as good on it.
