WINGER Nathan Dyer has this afternoon completed his £400,000 transfer from Saints to Championship side Swansea.
The transfer was agreed by the two clubs early last week, but Saints were waiting for the Welsh side to return the paperwork and stump up the cash.
It is understood Swansea agreed to pay £200,000 up front for the 21-year-old, who has signed a three-year contract, with £200,000 at a later date.
The deal has gone through as it was arranged before the Pinnacle group sealed a period of exclusivity last Friday.
Any other potential transfers are expected to be put on hold by the club while Pinnacle are finalising their takeover.
Dyer, who made just one start and four substitute appearances at St Mary's last season, finished the campaign on loan at the Swans.
