SAINTS’ ticket sales for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final broke through the 37,000 mark yesterday.
It is not even two weeks since seats for the highly anticipated match against Carlisle at Wembley went on sale.
But Saints are already closing in on shifting their entire allocation of more than 44,000 for the March 28 showdown.
The club confirmed that sales had hit 37,000 shortly before 5pm yesterday.
Tickets are currently available to supporters on the club’s database who bought tickets for either leg of the southern area final, against MK Dons.
They have until the end of Saturday to claim their seats, either by telephone (0800 2800 050) or postal application.
From next Wednesday, a restricted sale of one ticket per person to anyone on the database will commence.
Should any tickets still remain after that, they will be placed on general sale from Monday, March 15.
