TWO of Dorset's leading bowlers have switched their indoor allegiance to Hampshire.
Father and son Mark and Daniel Tomberry have joined Hampshire association club East Dorset at Christchurch and will be available for Liberty Trophy selection with teenager Daniel in line for the under-25 double rink side as well.
Mark a national singles' semi-finalist outdoors has vast experience indoors with Dorset and the Dolphin club and is also a current Middleton Cup skip for that county while 17-year-old Daniel made his name in February by reaching the national stages of the under-25 indoor singles after beating Mark Hammond in the Area 31 final.
Daniel has been a member of the Dorset under-25 indoor side and last weekend made his Middleton Cup debut for the county.
