Doncaster shock Saints
SAINTS suffered another away day defeat as they were beaten 1-0 at Doncaster.
The game started as top v bottom but didn’t go according to form as Billy Sharp, who turned down a move to Saints in the summer, scored the winner on the hour mark.
Saints were missing striker Rickie Lambert and never looked like quite the same team without him, despite not playing all that badly.
However, results around Saints went well meaning there was no dent in their lead at the top.
