BRIGHTON have been fined £15,000 by the FA following the actions of their players in last month’s 3-0 defeat to Saints.
The Seagulls, managed by Gus Poyet, were charged with misconduct following the heated match at St Mary’s – which saw the hosts awarded two controversial spot kicks.
Albion had denied the charge and requested a personal hearing, but were unable to prevent the FA dishing out their punishment last night.
