Tony Hill got life at a new weight off to the perfect start as he defeated Vyguadas Laurinkus at Winchester Guildhall.
The Southampton fighter stepped up from middleweight to light heavyweight for the contest as he looks to push his career in a new direction.
Hill was in control throughout the fight with the only worry being the occasional swinging right hand from his Lithuanian opponent and won every round to take a 60-54 points verdict.
Joe Pigford kept up his winning run but there was not to be a hat-trick of stoppages as he had to graft for a 40-37 points win over the durable William Warburton.
The first professional boxing show in Winchester for more than 30 years also saw wins for local fighters Darryl Still, Wade Armour and Tommy Watson.
