Shane Warne is looking forward to facing Adil Rashid, Yorkshire's exciting leg-spin talent, when Hampshire host the championship leaders tomorrow.
Yorkshire have recovered from an eventful winter by beating Surrey and Durham in their opening championship matches - with the help of 13 wickets at 22.96 from teen sensation Rashid.
After the about-turn of Chris Adams, who agreed to take replace Darren Lehmann as captain before returning to Sussex in November, Yorkshire have installed a skipper who rivals Warne for charisma in Darren Gough.
They will also include England duo Michael Vaughan and Michael Hoggard in their side tomorrow.
And Warne's former Australia teammate Jason Gillespie will feature, subject to a late fitness test.
But the Hampshire captain is most looking forward to playing against a less familiar face - as this will be his first chance to see Rashid in action.
He said: "It's always nice to see leggies play and by all accounts he gives it a rip and is a dangerous batter as well, so I'm looking forward to having a look at him."
