SHANE Warne targeted THREE trophies after leading Hampshire to a dramatic win against Pro40 champions Essex Eagles.
He said: "We're only one win off top in the Championship so with the final of the Friends Provident Trophy coming up we're still in a position to win all three trophies.
"If our batting turns the corner I'll be very disappointed if we don't go all the way in all three."
The sand-based wicket used for yesterday's thrilling two-run win against Essex made the match worth the wait of more than two hours for the punters.
A wet outfield would have made some sides reluctant to risk injury, but the groundstaff worked hard to help ensure an entertaining three hours.
Warne said: "The wicket is the best one on the square. Nearly 450 runs off 50 overs for 15 wickets shows what sort of surface it was."
Hampshire were playing their first game back in the first division of the Pro40 after promotion via a play-off last season.
Warne added: "To beat Essex was a great effort from us. We've played Twenty20 poorly over the last couple of years with a different personnel but we had a few more experienced players here and showed why we've only lost one one-day game this year."
Hampshire made 224-6 after Warne won the toss, before Essex managed 222-9, having needed four off the last ball to tie.
