Hampshire could have three players representing England for the first time in 84 years today.
Kevin Pietersen, Chris Tremlett and Dimi Mascarenhas are all in the 13-man one-day squad for the opening match of the NatWest Series against India at the Rose Bowl.
If they all play, it will be the first time a Hampshire trio has represented England together since Phil Mead, George Brown and Alec Kennedy played a timeless Test against South Africa in Durban in February 1923.
But never before have England had three Hampshire players in a one-day team.
